There are fountains and electronic miracle on the stage

This year the great festival stage (there is also a little one and an abundance of other grounds) apart from its striking size will have super-modern technical realization. Stretched along the bank line, a boundary of water and dry land, it will be turned towards natural slopes of the amphitheatre of the festival and will be decorated by glass-water “curtain” instead of a back one. Paintings will be projected onto it with the help of computers, videopanels and camcorders in a literal sense. It means that this main element of the stage decoration will resemble a screen on which imaginary pictures created by complicated electronic equipment will appear. The author of this idea of decoration is Chief Director of the festival Eduard Bezrodniy. Staging of performances is another occupation of the well-known Kharkiv actor (Gamlet in the production by Andriy Zholdak), Kurbas Prize Scholar. Technical realization is carried out by «Day-TV» Company. According to its Head Dmytro Shaposhnyk it is the first time that kind of experiment is conducted in Ukraine.
