1. Information about "Pechenyz'ke Pole".
Slobozhans’kiy festival “Pechenyz’ke Pole” is founded and carried out by Children Charity Fund “Bereg Nadii” (S. B. Gavrish as the President of the Fund) together with Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Pechenigy District State Administration. The festival is open to all native and foreign performers of all kinds, genres and forms of professional and amateur art.
Participation in the festival is possible according to the rules of “Regulations on conducting of the 5th ethnical-cultural festival “Pechenyz’ke Pole”
Writers, poets, creative groups, singers with solo programs, winners of regional contests, professional actors are invited to participate in the competitive selection on condition that they have reference letters of District Department of Culture or of a creative community and have filled in and e-mailed general application forms to the address of Organizational Committee of the festival.
Competitive selection of participants of the festival is conducted by a competent and independent Jury.
Announcement of the results of the competitive selection as for the participation in the festival will take place a week before the festival directly on the official site of “Pechenyz’ke Pole”.
The period of providing application forms is from the 1st July till the 18th July 2006.

Participant of the festival guarantees observance of author’s rights (legal using of music, photos, texts etc.) in case of personal usage and engages himself to solve all possible vexed questions on this matter by himself.
Winners and participants of the festival are entitled to use prizes and diplomas of the festival to promote and popularize their own creative work.
Attention: admittance for viewer to all actions is free.

2.General conduct rules on the territory of the festival.
- Visitors are prohibited from bringing spirits, explosive substances, weapon, aerosol cans and other things that can endanger participants of the festival and its guests to the territory of the festival;
-it is forbidden to show up on the territory of the festival in a state of intoxication;
- all participants must follow the rules of public conduct and fire safety.

3.Safety at the festival.
Organizational Committee along with the members of Kharkiv Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is responsible for the safety of participants and guests/
A squad of doctors will keep vigil during all officially registereddays of the festival/
Turn to representatives of public order protection, medical workers or to the organizers of the festival in case of unpredictable situations.

4.How to reach and where to live.
Railway transport is a traditional one. You can see here the scedule of the movement of trains from/to Kharkiv. In any case you should clarify the fare and the movement of trains schedule at your station because of possible changes in the schedule.
On coming to Kharkiv you should go from "Pivdenniy Vokzal" Underground Station to "Proletars'ka" Underground Station (the last one) by Metro. One the day of the festival line buses will contiuosly run back and forth from "Proletars'ka" Underground Station to "Pecheniz'ke Pole". The fare is 5 (five) hryvnias, but there can be changes. It will take about an hour to get to the territory of the festival.
If you travel by car you should go by following route:

You can have an additional look at the route on the map of Kharkiv Region.
You can lease a room or an accommondation from local dwellers or stay in one of the recreation departments in Pechenigy District. The price is to be agreed. We advise you to take bed-clothes. You can take a tent with you and stay directly on the field.
The organizers will additionally report about the availability of free accommodations in recreation departments. Follow the news.
