Oksana Bylozir greets us

Telegram from Culture and Tourism Minister Oksana Bylozir is addressed to the organizers, participants and guests of the festival “Pechenyz’ke Pole”. Having mentioned the lofty mission of the festival – “strengthening of humane ideals, good and beauty” – Oksana Bylozir claims: “from a variety of ethnical cultures a single national and cultural expanse forms”. The Minister sends “wishes to the organizers – the most sensible realization of all intentions, to the creative communities – full realization of talents, to the views – excellent mood and spiritual gains from communication with the beautiful.”
