Cossack cross will stand on the slope of Pechenyz’ke Pole

A Slobozhans’kiy Cossack camp headed by its chief-commander Yuriy Bilonozhka will add colouring to the festival. Admittance to the camp will be free for all wishers for them to make image of people who began colonization of Wild Steppe in the middle of XVII century and founded first settlements of Slobyds’ka Ukraine.

Cossacks intend to place a Cossack cross “Renovation of Spirituality” on the slope of Pechenyz’ke Pole as a symbol of the festival. There is a similar one on Khortitsa.
